About Me	Survived an abusive marriage, raised three children as a single parent, worked for 16 years in the battered women's movement, worked as an advocate for the homeless and served on the board of Directors for the Sexual Assault Program of Bemidji, Cass and Hubbard Counties. I am currently in the folk group "Sisterlite" and have has some of my survival poetry published by the Minnesota Arts Board.
