Robert Dale "Bob" Hull was born on December 28, 1954 in Washington, D.C. He is an influential figure in American politics, particularly associated with the Democratic Party. Hull's political career notably features his tenure as a Member of the Virginia House of Delegates from the 38th district. His term started on January 4, 1993, following his election in December 1992, and came to an end on January 3, 2010. He was succeeded by Kaye Kory after a closely contested Democratic nomination in the 38th House of Delegates district.
