Stomski, Peter J. ENCINITAS -- Peter J. Stomski, 63, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, surrounded by his family. Born Feb. 1, 1950 in Glens Falls, NY, Pete grew up in Fallbrook, CA. Born to Henry and Irene Stomski, Pete left the world a better and brighter place for having had him in it.
