About	Funeral Services for Terry A. Hietanen, 47, of Geneva, will be 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Mentor Ave.,Painesville. Mr. Hietanen died May 17, 2003, at Ashtabula County Medical Center in Ashtabula. He was born March 8, 1956, in Painesville. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Ashtabula and the Elders Choir at Zion Lutheran Church in Painesville. He was a 1974 graduate of Fairport Harding High School and a graduate of Lake Erie College in Painesville. Mr. Hietanen taught science at Madison High School where he was assistant athletic director, advisor of National Honor Society and head coach of the Girls Varsity Softball team. He was also Lake County Coach of the Year for the past two years. He was former Ledgemont football, basketball and softball coach. He also coached girls basketball at Lakeland Community College. Survivors are his wife, Rae Ann (Lundi) of Geneva, whom he married July 15, 1997, in Fairport Harbor; son, Paul Eugene Hietanen of Geneva; parents, Eugene and Marilyn (Ellis) Hietanen of Geneva; sister, Robin (Gary) McCrone of Perry; niece and goddaughter, Nicole McCrone of Perry; and numerous nieces and nephews. His brother, Jeffrey Hietanen, died in 2000. Friends may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Road (Rt. 528), Madison.
