About	Funeral services for Kenneth C. Rogers, 50, of Mentor, will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Eagle St., Fairport Harbor. Mr. Rogers passed away Aug. 5, 2007, in Oakwood Village. He was born June 7, 1957, in Painesville. He was a 1975 graduate of Fairport Harding High School. He was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church, including Church Council and Zion Youth Group. Mr. Rogers coached baseball for Mentor McMinn & Headlands Youth Softball and supported all athletic teams and students at Fairport Harding High School, where he was also active with the Fairport Athletic Boosters. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Mr. Rogers worked at Master Tool Corporation in Grand River for 28 years. Survivors are his wife, Deborah (Groover) Rogers of Mentor; son, Lt. Kenneth S. Rogers of Olympia, Wash.; daughter, Juliann P. (Jason Kintz) Rogers of Mentor; mother, Julia C. Rogers of Fairport Harbor; father, Kenneth L. (Jacquie) Rogers of Solon; sister, Rhonda (David) Johnston of Madison; brother, Michael (Cindy) Rogers of Frankenmuth, Mich.; nephews, David Passafiume Jr., Cody Johnston, and Nick and Jake Rogers; nieces, Brianna Rogers, Lauren Powell, and Emily Johnston; and his dog, Teebo. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church.
