About	Joan Dingess, 62, of Fairport Harbor, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. Born Feb. 17, 1951, in Painesville, she was the daughter of the late Frances and Louie Oris. Joan was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Fairport Harbor. She loved her children, grandchildren and cat, Charlotte. She also enjoyed listening to music and watching "Seinfeld". Survivors are her daughters, Joyce Brown of Ashtabula, Julie Oris of Concord Township and Melissa (Sonny) Pittman of Columbus; son, Matthew Dingess of Fairport Harbor; stepdaughter, Deborah Dingess of FairportHarbor; stepsons, Wayne Dingess of San Diego, Calif., and Jeff Dingess of Shaker Heights; grandchildren, Taylor, Maxwell, Austin and Hazel; several step-grandchildren; sisters, Janet (Dillon) Rutledge of Painesville and Judy (Sam) Cogar of Perry; brother, Louie (Connie) Oris of Concord; and several nieces and nephews. Joan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lawrence; and loving son, Jeffrey. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at the Potti Funeral Home, 1009 Mentor Ave., Painesville. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
