About	Jeffery Scott Blankenship, age 39 of Sarasota, Florida passed away Thursday, November 18, 1999. Jeff graduated from Fairmont West High School in 1978 and worked at Southern Wine and Spirits in Sarasota, FL. Preceded in death by his brother, Steven. He is survived by his parents, Harold and Jeri Blankenship of Beavercreek; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and James Nickel of Brookville; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Cynthia Blankenship of Kettering. Graveside funeral services will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
