Class of 1972
Army Reserves, 20+ Years
Commissioned 2LT in US Army Signal Corps from ROTC at UC. Four years' active duty with 1st Infantry Division stateside and in Germany. Served as Reserve Signal Officer with 3rd PSYOPS Co, Pittsburgh, 321st OD Bn, 38th OD Gp and instructor with 2093rd RFS Charleston, WV, deployed a co to Desert Storm. Retired from USAR in 1998.

Served 4 years active Army. Was called to duty for Desert Storm when serving as inactive. During his short time their, was involed in a scud missile attack. Thankfully is at present time commander of BC American Legion Post.

Richard now lives in Arkport, NY and is an Elementary Special Education Teacher.
