Robert G. Schillerstrom, 51, rural Brighton, died November 29, 1997. He was born January 23, 1946, in Fairfield to Ralph and Edith V. (Hendricks) Schillerstrom. He married M. Darlene Reineir on July 19, 1969 in Fairfield. He had lived all his life in Jefferson County, Iowa and was a farmer and served six years in the National Guard.
Survivors include: his mother Edith V. Schillerstrom, of Fairfield; his wife M. Darlene Schillerstrom, of Brighton; two daughters, Lori Lilies of Eldon and Jodi Krouse of Ottumwa; a son Shawn Schillerstrom of Brighton; a brother Roy Schillerstrom of Washington; two sisters, Elizabeth West of Fairfield and Mary Jarvis of Washington; three half-sisters, Jolene Elmore of Texas, Joni Rollonger of Decorah and Jeanie Meinders of Ottumwa; three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and a grandson.
