Hello Classmates, the committee is very excited to let you know that we have finalized details for the 20 year reunion. The party will begin at 6:30, Saturday August 13th. The event will be at the Fairfield Community Arts Center which is located in the downtown area of Fairfield. We have a great space indoors as well as a large outside area overlooking Village Green. We will be providing food and drinks as well as entertainment (from one of your classmates) and a lot of other fun things such as door prizes, photo booth and class trivia. We are so excited to get together with everyone and we hope that you can take the time to come and enjoy a great evening with great friends. Details: - Unlimited beer, wine and non alcoholic drinks will be provided (cash bar is available for mixed drinks) - We are not having a sit down dinner however food will be provided. We liked the more casual aspect of not having a formal dinner. Heavy appetizers (cold and hot) plus a meat carving station and pasta will be provided. - An account has been set up at Fifth Third Bank for payments. You can walk into any 5/3 branch and make a payment. This is a two step process......Simply explain to the teller that you need to make a payment for a class reunion and the account name is FHS Class of 1991. If you are not close to a 5/3 Bank or you would just like to send a check, you can send a check (payable to FHS Class of 1991) c/o Cindy Paul Hounchell 6881 Beagle Dr. Hamilton, Ohio 45011. The cost is $50.00 per person. 2nd IMPORTANT step - please keep your payment slip and email the following email address with your - name (including maiden name) - date you made your payment - location you made your payment - amount of your payment - provoide your reference #. You can also ask the teller to write in the memo line of the payment your name, that can also help us keep track of who has paid but we are not 100% sure about that so we really need you to email. email: FHS1991RSVPandPayments@gmail.com - We ask that if you for sure are coming, please make your payment as soon as possible. This will allow us to have the funds in our account so that we can start making purchases that are needed. - We will accept payment through July 23rd. Our final headcount is due at that time. If you would like to send monthly payments, we are open to managing those payments for you over the next several months. Currently, we do not have any way of accepting credit card payments. - We are also putting together a slide show to play during the reunion. We would also like you to send any old pics from high school you would be willing to share with everyone to the same e mail address above. - We will likely have a Family Picnic on Sunday at Harbin Park. Noon to 4 pm and shelters will be rented. More details will be provided at a later date. When you RSVP for your payment, please also let us know if you would be coming to this event also. Also, for the golfers out there....we are going to talk to the Fairfield Golf Course to see if we can get special rates for Saturday morning if you are interested.
