| About Me | Semiconductor Integration Engineer with Experimental Design Expertise David Daniel, a semiconductor technology expert is currently employed by ON Semiconductor Corporation in integration development (Corporate R&D) Gresham, Oregon. His previous employment was with Microchip Technology, and in the Portland Technology Development organization with Intel Corporation. He was also the Director of Process Integration and Technology Transfer for LSI Logic. A semiconductor professional with over twenty five years of experience, he has also worked for Symbios Logic (Hyundai), Atmel, Honeywell, NCR, and National Semiconductor. He has been involved in process technology development and foundry transfers with Silterra and TSMC. His semiconductor application knowledge extends from 3 microns to advanced 0.045 micron design rules with copper and low k process technologies on a 300 mm semiconductor line. He has expertise in semiconductor foundry technology transfer, process integration, semiconductor yield enhancement, device integration, semiconductor module development, device engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication startup, and process engineering.
