Born in Trenton, Harold was a resident of Ewing Township, for most of his life.
He was a graduate of Ewing High School, and continued his education at Morgan State College.
Harold was a drummer in the EHS BAND and was on the TRACK TEAM.
In 1972 he was drafted into the U.S. Marine Corps and served until 1976. While serving he achieved the rank of sergeant and was honorably discharged.
He was employed by General Motors for 20 years. After retiring he opened his own graphic design company for 12 years. Following that he worked at H&R block as an office manager and a tax consultant.
