About Me	I can't remember. No, really... my family moved to Redwood City, California - south of San Francisco - in 1967, just in time for the "Summer of Love". This was after my dad had assured us we would never move from our home in Hidden Valley, near Bergen Park. Nevertheless, it was exciting to be near the nexus of so much creativity of those years. Attended Humboldt State University (then called Humboldt State College) in Arcata, California and got a degree in History. Worked in the mills and forests around the area for awhile. Attended the University of Oregon for graduate work. Then worked in Eureka CA, Nevada City CA, Reno NV, Auburn CA, Sacramento. I visited Evergreen a few years ago during the summer. Many alumni were at the high school visiting...class of 90-something, class of 80-something. When I talked to the lady behind the counter, she asked me what was my class. "Class of '68".
