We have a 1976 class ring with the initials DJV on the inside. It is an Everett ring with a blue set. It also has blue yarn wrapped around to 'downsize' it.

Everett Area High School, 1976, blue set which seemed unusual, initials inscribed inside are DGV
It has blue yarn on it for resizing. :-)
My husband was West Prov. sewage inspector for awhile and he said it turned up in someone's septic system.
