About | Michael A. Means, 64, of Everett, PA; went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 27, 2025. He was born on June 22, 1961 in Everett, PA; a son of the late Ralph L. and M. Isabelle (Foor) Means. He is survived by his two children, Alyssa Butts married to Shaun, Everett, PA and Tanner Means, Everett, PA; his granddaughters Aliya, Laikyn, Adalynn Butts and Lindsay Riley married to Corey, Everett, PA; his great-grandson, River Riley and his many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his former wife, Tracey (Foor) Conrath, with whom he shared 28 years building memories that will last a lifetime and for whom he cared about dearly. He was preceded in death by his brothers Kevin Means, Terry Means and Randy Means. Mike was a graduate of Everett Area High School, Class of 1980. He grew up attending church and was affiliated with Pennwood Bible Church. Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing and sharing stories of growing up on the farm. Mike once enjoyed riding his Harley and always enjoyed reminiscing about his old bikes and cars. He loved listening to AC/DC and watching American Pickers. One of Mikes favorite accomplishments was coaching wrestling. But Mike was most proud of being a father and grandfather. He loved watching his granddaughters grow and enjoyed supporting them in their various events. Mike was steadfast in his faith and talked often about reuniting with his family one day. Mike will be greatly missed and his children invite friends and family to attend A Celebration of Life that will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Floyd Rinehart officiating. Burial will be held privately at Steven’s Chapel Cemetery. Friends and family will be received from 5:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
