About Me	I am a law professor. I teach Environmental Law, International Criminal Law, and related seminars. For most of my career, I've worked on nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, working closely with the United Nations, Interpol, and the U.S. government. I was legal advisor to the National Commission on Terrorism, and Chair of the Interpol Program to Prevent Bioterrorism. Also, I've received 3 Fulbright Distinguished Professorships.
