| About Me | Professionally - Developed curriculum for and taught initial word processing course at U.S. Department of Agriculture Graduate School. Retired on March 14, 2008 with more than 25 years of service to Fairfax County Government during which I had a succession of responsibilities: developed and taught basic office skills and word processing program to clients of the Agency with the goal of achieving employment in training-related positions; was the original coordinator in July 1999 as we established new SkillSource center to provide job search tools and guidance to job seekers; was coordinator of the Center until 2005 involving numerous outside organizations to partner with us to provide additional services for job seekers (included public schools teachers and counselors, mental health organizations); In 2005 became case manager for job seekers eligible for...(read more) |
