About Event
Friday Evening (June 29th): Whoever is in town and wants to gather, meet at Benny’s Westside around 6:30 for dinner, drinks, socializing. Saturday Morning (June 30th): If you would like, meet at The Copper Kettle for breakfast buffet (around 8:00 – 9:00 am). Following breakfast we can use help setting up and decorating the Hotel. Lunch on your own. Saturday Afternoon – Hotel will be open at 1:00 for gathering and visiting. You might want to check out the museum at 102 W. 4th. It will remain open from 2-4 PM. Be sure to look for the collection of WPA dolls which were found and salvaged during the demolition of the High School. You also may find old photos of classmates and family. 5:30 – 7:00 PM – Social time at the hotel with soft drinks, beer, and wine. (If you want anything stronger, BYOB.) 6:30 PM – Class photograph. We have the photographer booked for this time period so please be there. 7:00 PM – Dinner will be catered by The Copper Kettle followed by a short program, lots of reminiscing and music from the past.
