Alton Rivers
Class of 1953
Graduated from oSu and then spent the next 21 years in the USAF flying fighter jets, such as F-89, F-101, F-4, F-111, etc.
Following USAF career, went into local government (earned MPA at Auburn University while in USAF) and served as city manager in Oklahoma 20 years. Retired a second time, moved to NC, and began writing novels. Had one published by Harper Collins-Australia and one by St. Martins Press. I'm trying now to get the next one published.
