Bernard "Skip" Keels "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."-Galileo Galilei I love God, the universe, my church, my human family (1 husband, 1 son), and my cats (5 born felines, and 2 dogs and a bird who are now honorary cats...in fact, one dog's name is Wesa, which means "cat" in Cherokee, and the other dog's name is "Cat." We frequently call the bird "rabbit," which has fur like a cat). We don't have much, but I love the freedom to be able to participate in Kelley's life. He's homeschooled, but I strongly believe in the public school system for kids that are able to succeed in that environment as I believe that it is the closest to the environment in which children will live when they become adults. But, it's not for everyone, hence our decision. Generally, I'm pretty much enjoying meandering through the experience of humanity.
