About Me	I never dreamed I would leave the beautiful state of Georgia, but the Lord had other plans for my family! My husband and I have been married for 32+ years and we had our son in 1995. We needed a place to raise him, so that he would be able to grow up in a place of tranquil and most importantly, that he would have a place where the Lord meets with His people on a regular basis. So, we moved to a much quieter town in Breckinridge county, Kentucky. We came here on April 1, 2004, to become part of the Pleasant View Baptist Church & our son began attending the Christian school, that our church family started in 2000. After years of being foster parents in Georgia and Kentucky, we adopted a sibling group of 3 and the following year we received our youngest daughter. We love living here, except that the weather is not quite as pleasant as the Georgia’s mild winters, long beautiful springs and of course the lengthy humid summers! Regardless of the weather and the fact that we were so far from family, this is now my home and will live here the rest of my life...(read more)
