Was drafted into the Marines. Couldn't do that, hunted most my life till drafted, refused to shoot humans.Had to sign up for a3 or 4 yr. term, chose Army only 3yrs duty required. Served in Korea, Vietnam, Thailand by way of Laos, and Cambodia. Was extended due to MOS shortage. Back in the USAa. Amen

I was in the navy 1970-1994. Duty stations: Vietnam, NAS Lemoore, CA, San Diego CA, subic bay philippines, Whidbey Island WA, Pearl Harbor HI. Made several cruises during my career. Presently retired in Subic Bay, Philippines.

Enlisted US Navy in November 1971. Served aboard USS Warrington (DD843) and USS America (CVA66) in Tonkin Gulf in 1972-1973. Served with staff at CINCPACFLT, Pearl Harbor, HI. Served as an Instructor and Public Affairs Department Head at HRMS, NAS Millington (Memphis) TN, Also served at Public Affairs Department Head at Navy Recruiting District HQ in Omaha, NE and Houston, TX, I had the unique opportunity to serve with Naval Support Force Antarctica (Operation Deepfreeze) as Armed Forces Radio and Television Station Manager 1984-1987, and Navy Broadcasting Service Operations Department, San Diego, CA. Retired Honorably in November 1992.
