| About | Ruby Faye Austin Stanley Ruby Faye Austin Stanley age 79, went to be with the Lord Friday October 3, 2025, at the Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, TN. She was a life resident of Dickenson County, graduate of Ervinton High School, worked many years at St. Paul Garmet until factory closing and later retired Norton Community Hospital. She was a member of Clinchco Pentecostal Church, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Faye was a loving friend to so many who was a helper to everyone. She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis Austin and Elise Phillips, husband Benny Stanley, brothers Sammy Austin and Malcom along with two infant siblings. Survivors include her son Greg Austin and wife Tammy, Coeburn, VA a daughter Becky Messer and husband Ron of Holten, IN. one brother Gleason Austin and wife Sandra, Clintwood, VA. Sisters Tina Voltz and Vicky Hastings and husband Joe, both of Mansfield, OH. Theta Bailey and Donna Merlette and husband Joe all of St. Paul, VA. Grandsons; Sammy McCoy and wife Ilona, Frankfort, Germany, Joshua McCoy, Holten IN. Jacob Austin and Dalton Austin of Coeburn, VA. Great grandchildren Jayden, Maliah and Emily. Funeral services for Ruby Faye Stanley will be conducted at 7 PM Tue. Oct. 7, 2025, Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Darrell Milgrim officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 PM till service time. A Graveside Service will be follow on Wed. Oct. 8 at the Monroe Stanley Cemetery, Little Brushy Road section of Caney Ridge. Family request that all meet Clintwood Funeral Home at 2 PM for procession going to cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Austin, Dalton Austin, Joshua McCoy, Sammy McCoy, Ray Austin and Tim Powers.
