About Charlie was a close friend of mine from chieldhood.Charlie was a very sucessful business person He ownend and operated an auto supply business. As well helping his son in the operation of a furniture business. Charlie is so missed. By Gary Bartley

Charlie was truly a business person after school he worked for a auto parts supply in HAYSI Virginia this led him to start his own in Grundy Va which was very successful > after his retirement He devoted his spare time in helping his son which had a furniture store in Clintwood Va Charlie was very dedicated to this business for years, In his later years he had a long bout with cancer,he fought a long battle with cancer. Charlie and I were life long friends. He will be so missed
