About	Wendy suffered from relapses of a muscle wasting disease from her childhood. They got worse over the years and impacted her balance. She broke both of her hips and became confined almost entirely to her home. The last relapse was far more serious and she was hospitalised. In hospital her throat muscles suddenly stopped working and she died almost instantly. For anyone who knew her Wendy was a fighter, strong, determined and a lot of fun. She was my little sister. I loved her as did the whole family. It was so sudden and devastating. She is survived by two children and two grandchildren, our brother Dennis Quinn and myself.. Her husband died from brain cancer several years earlier
