About	Robert Stanley "Stan" Brown, 45, of Candler, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016. A native of Buncombe Co., Stan was the son of Larry and Patsy Wolfe Brown. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Artie Walden, grandfather, Charles Cameron, and maternal grandparents, Thomas and Isabel Wolfe. Stan was a graduate of Enka High School and worked for the Biltmore Winery. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Scott Brown and wife Kelly, of Candler; sister, Annette Singleton and husband Charlie, of Candler; niece, Kaitlen Brown; nephew Eric Singleton and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Stan had a big heart and loved helping people. He enjoyed fishing, camping and was an avid wrestling fan. The funeral service for Mr. Brown will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. with Rev. Bryan Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
