About	Fred Harvey Stein (June 23, 1945 - June 21, 2016 ) Fred Harvey Stein (70) passed away on June 21st, 2016. He was born in Boston, MA on June 23rd, 1945. Fred grew up in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated from Englewood High School in 1963. He joined the Naval Reserve and served active duty in the Vietnam War. He received a B.A. from Central Florida Technical College (now UCF) with a degree in art history. His wife of 40 years, Bonnie (Parker) Stein, sister Adele Stein, children, Shana Stein Novinski, and her husband, Greg Novinski, Max Stein, and his wife, Paytra Stein, and grandsons, Scott Stein, and Parker Stein, survived him. A celebration of life was held Friday June 24th, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Chapel 4535 N. Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org). Arrangements are with Evergreen Funeral Home and Crematory (904) 353-3649. Evergreen Funeral Home LLC served the family.
