About	Jo Ann (Blair) Boatwright (April 16, 1944-February 13, 2016) Mrs. Jo Ann (Blair) Boatwright was welcomed by her guardian angels on February 13, 2016. her. She was born on April 16, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Englewood High School, Jacksonville, FL in 1962. She was a member of Englewood Christian Church, and an active member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed her monthly bunco game nights. In 2010, she was chosen fan favorite, Ms. Senior Jacksonville Pageant. She was loved by all and leaves behind a host of friends to grieve her lost battle with pancreatic cancer. Her sailor husband, Charles Morris Boulineau, U.S. Navy, (1944-1970), her painter husband, Bobby Gene Boatwright, (1940-1989), and her redneck husband, Robert L. Crawford, Sr., U.S. Army, (1941-2001), her son, Dale Boulineau, her sister, Lee Marie (Blair) Robson (1951-2014), her parents, and her brother predeceased her. Her son, Michael Boulineau, 6 grandchildren, Erik Boulineau, and his wife, Cassandra Boulineau, Adam Boulineau, Griffin Boulineau, Connor Boulineau, Sadie Boulineau, and Evan Boulineau, a great granddaughter, Bijou Boulineau, niece, Dawn (Robson) Wilson, and her husaband, Erik Wilson, 2 great nieces Camryn and Ansley, and a great nephew, Chase, survived her. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at the Englewood Christian Church, 4316 Barnes Road S., Jacksonville, FL 32207. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jo Ann's name to North East Florida Community Hospice. Neptune Society is in charge of her arrangements.
