About	Ronald James Sharpe, Sr. November 12, 1945-June 30, 2015 Ronald James Sharpe, 69, of Rockledge, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. He was born on November 12, 1945 in Charlotte, NC to Georgie P. Sharpe and Glenn E. Sharpe, Sr. Ron was a Christian and dedicated family man, who will always be remembered for the many fishing, hiking, and camping exploits he enjoyed with family and friends. He graduated from Englewood High School, Jacksonville, FL, class of 1963. His parents, Glenn E. Sharpe, Sr. (1910-1987) and Georgie P. Sharpe (1915-2008), and brother, Glenn Sharpe, predeceased him. His parents are buried in the Arlington Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL. His loving wife of 41 years, Phyllis Sharpe, sons, Ronald “Ron” James Sharpe, Jr., and Ryan Sharpe, and his wife, Michelle Sharpe, granddaughter, Halle Sharpe, and brother Thomas “Tom” Sharpe, survived him. A celebration of Ron's life was held at 4:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2015, at First Baptist Church of Merritt Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wuesthoff Hospice House at 661 Eyster Blvd., Rockledge, FL or to Merritt Island Christian School.
