About	Louis A. Hewlett of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away suddenly on Wednesday May 22, 2019 in Wilmington, NC. Louis was born May 9, 1949 in Wilmington, NC, the eldest child of Louis A. Hewlett and Adolphus (Betty) Marie Hilburn Hewlett. Louis was a proud veteran of the US Air Force and served in the Vietnam War. He also had a long railroad career with the Seaboard Coastline and Amtrak. Louis was a loyal fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars and a season ticket holder since day one of the team franchise. He was also a loyal fan of the New York Yankees. He lived his life to the fullest and never met a stranger. Family always came first for Louis. He was a loving husband, father and brother. He is survived by his wife Pam Saint-Amand Rose, son Aaron Hewlett, stepchildren Reagan Martin (David), Patrick Rose (Christina), siblings Preston Hewlett (Twila), Susan Lee (Curtis), Mark Hewlett (Glenda), 3 grandchildren and one great-grandson as well as many nieces and nephews.
