Nan was the daughter of Wilbert H. and Mamie (Adams) Snively. Nan was a wonderful, caring person, who loved and cared for all about her. She graduated from Englewood High School, Jacksonville, FL, in 1962, where she served as a cheerleader. She is survived by her sister, Donna, cousins who loved her and a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews who had the great fortune to be loved by her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Mamie Snively, her husband, Nathan Byrd and her great niece, Ella Kellam. The family received friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the funeral home. Tuesday January 21, 2014, 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Prestwood Funeral Home Funeral Home in Baldwin, FL, family visitation. Wednesday January 22, 2014, 11:00 AM at Prestwood Funeral Home, Baldwin, FL, Celebration of life service. Burial at Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville, FL.
