• Consistently made tough operational decisions - achieved core objectives in dynamic environments - built strong interdisciplinary teams across multinational/service boundaries
• 7-years of overseas service; lived in Germany and Turkey; Led multi-national crews
• Significant experience with combined/joint ground systems, Joint Stars (E-8), E-2, Rivet Joint (RC-135) and EP-3s (Airborne Early Warning) and planning/employment concepts

I graduated in june of 1968 and enlisted in the Navy in July 1968. Did boot camp and Engineman "A" school in Great Lakes. Went to Guam and was a engineer on a navy tug. Left Guam and went to DaNang, Veitnam as part of a river boat(PBR's, PCF's, LCM's) squadron making inspections, patrols and securtiy as far north as the DMZ. Went to the Navy's minesweepers and finished up my career after Desert Storm and retired in May of 1992
