The great class of 1986 from Emmaus High School will hold its 30th Year Class Reunion on August 20th, 2016 at Emaus Fire Co #1. Please share the information will all the classmates you know! You can find class information on Facebook, Classmates, and AlumniClass.com. If classmates haven’t already joined one of these sites and provided contact information, please encourage them to do so! If you are interested in helping out with the event, please email Tim McNair at numbercruncher88@gmail.com. We need volunteers to head up the following committees: Invitation, Finding Classmates, Event Planning/advertising, Activity Planning, Fundraising, ID Team, Memory Lane Team. Our next planning meeting will be Tuesday March 8 at the Superior Diner in Emmaus at 7:30pm. Many thanks to those already involved!!
Team responsibilities: Invitation – set up and manage a website to register attendees and process tickets; Finding Classmates - cross referencing class lists to existing websites, mailing addresses, etc to find and notify classmates of the event; Event Planning/advertising – determine food and beverage selections, timing, set up, decorations, etc, listing event in local papers and websites; Activity Planning – creating activities to be run during main event, as well as determining any other events during the weekend; Fundraising – establishing a silent auction, 50/50 or other ways to engage community and provide for class funds or donation/gift; ID Team – create name tags to engage class members; Memory Lane Team – create a photo video or slide show to celebrate our years at EHS and beyond.
