Darryl W. Peters
Class of 1966
B.S.in chemistry with highest honors from San Diego State. I was then a pre-doctoral Fellow at Ohio State where I earned a Ph.D. in physical chemistry. I have been working in the semiconductor industry since completing a post-doctoral stint at Brookhaven National Labs in NY. I have been granted 11 US patents over the past 15 years.
