| About Me | Since High School I have done a lot of things. I graduated and went to the Santa Rosa Junior College where I was supposed to transfer to Berkeley Law School. I then met a Marine Corps recruiter and my life went into a whirlwind of events. I went to boot camp on June of 2001 and graduated 3 days before Sept 11. Did my training after boot camp in Logistics, and picked up the rank of Cpl meritoriously in one year, something rarely unheard of. Little did I know that when I joined I would spend my share of time in Iraq for a few months. Everything in the Corps has gone great, I picked up Sgt in 2 1/2 years, moved to another unit and now I find myself engaged to the love of my life, Christi, we will be getting married soon and moving to South Carolina where I will become a Drill Instructor for Marine Boot Camp. My life is definately not what I pictured it to be, I, or what anyone pictured it to be for that matter, but I dont find myself in a leadership position which has always been on of my assets, to take charge of whatever the fuck is going on and its great... All this time while in the Corps, I have managed to get my Associates Degree in General Studies from the College of Central Texas and begin my coursework for a bachelors degree in computer science from Park University (all paid for which is awesome).
