About Me	Completing the necessary curriculum in 3 years with a 3.9 accumulative GPA I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Webster University in May 2006. Deans list each semester, Honors Program member and received Departmental Honors. Active in RTDNA (Radio Television Digital News Assn) served as treasurer and convention rep. Webster LEADS, Cheerleader captain (obtaining the most improved organization on campus award senior year), SIFE, University Ambassador, Webster Works Worldwide team leader, JECBA tour chaperone, Leadership Award recipient, School of Communications broadcast competition finalist each year, chosen as the St. Louis rep. in a nationwide talent search for Good Day Live. Collegiate works were featured in the Webster Worldwide magazine and campus newspaper. Served internships at Minds Eye radio and KPLR television news. Two weeks after college graduation I married Floyd Mashek in the Jewel Box of Forest Park. Landed my first TV news job working for CBS in Quincy, IL (KHQA).
