About Me	I worked in the oil fields and construction work until I got injured. Since I didn't have money to go to college I joined the Navy. First enlistment I was a cook (a very good cook), reenlisted and became a Data Systems Technician (computer/electronics technician). While stationed at a Mobile Technical Unit I was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for training I provided to many shipboard technicians and created various shortcut troubleshooting guides for them. I completed 20 years of naval service and retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in 1988. I've worked contract electronics on various government contracts and was a systems/network administrator for 10 years. My jobs have taken me to Hawaii, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Pakistan, Diego Garcia, Iceland, Newfoundland, and many places in the US and Canada.
