About Me	Each day I wake and wonder - how did I get this lucky? I have traveled a winding path to end up back in my hometown. That path has brought me love, pain, joy, hard lessons. That path has also brought me three beautiful children, a lovely daughter-in-law, and most recently the love of an amazing woman and two wonderful boys. My goal is to face each day with renewed spirit and attack the world as my own! When you have the love of your family with you, you can conquer all! I have been fortunate to collect myself and start an incredible journey back to health. To date (January 2013) I have lost a total of 110 pounds from my high, managed to lower my cholesterol to outstanding levels, and that is just the beginning! ...(read more)
