About Me	I attended Nurse's training in Sioux City. I was married a few months after I graduated and moved to a farm at Danbury, IA. I still live there but in a new home we built in 1979. I was a stay at home Mom for many years, then went back to nursing during the farm crisis of the mid 80's. I have worked at Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove for 24 years. First as a staff nurse, then 3-11 nurse manager and finally as Administrative Nurse Manager (Assistant DON), In Jan. 2009 I cut to one day a week doing special projects. I will probably do that a few more months and then totally retire to my many other interests. I have been a widow since 1994 and at first actively managed the crop and cattle production.
