About	Curtis Paul Myers, 52, an Elk Grove resident for most of his life, passed away peacefully on November 18th, 2017. Curtis was a fun loving and happy guy, he loved sports, was involved with little league as well as football, basketball and tennis. Curt loved cats and fed all the feral cats from his neighborhood. He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Richard and Joan Ruth Myers, and his sister Cathy Joan Myers. Curtis is survived by his Uncle Billy and Aunt Hilda Myers, Aunt Thelma Brown, Aunt Linda Myers, cousins Michael and Chris Platz, as well as a multitude of other cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10 am at Bethany Presbyterian Church located at 5625 24th St. with a small reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Curtis' memory to the SPCA for work with feral cats. - Information from the Sacramento Bee
