About	Jerry Lee Van Lone died June 15, 2017 at the age of 60 in the Community Living Center at the V. A. Fresno Hospital, Fresno, CA. He was born December 2, 1956 in Sacramento, California, the son of George A. Van Lone and Donna (Lewis) Van Lone. He graduated from Elk Grove Senior High School, Elk Grove, CA in 1975. A proud veteran of the U. S. Navy. He lived and loved living in the mountains. He worked many years in Truckee, CA and since 2005 in Oakhurst as a Certified Smog Mechanic. Jerry is survived by his son Scott Jeremy Van Lone and wife “Allie” (Andraya Thomas) Van Lone, his parents George A. and Donna (Lewis) Van Lone, brothers Dylan D. and Sherri (Brooking) Van Lone, Steven G. and Danni (Daniels) Van Lone, Timothy S. and Michele (Gentner) Van Lone. He is also survived by his Oakhurst family who “adopted” him and made him a part of their family, Dan and Roberta Glau. Their granddaughter Elizabeth Phillips Burdett called Jerry “Grandpa”. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 1:00 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 972 Vintage Oak Avenue, (cross street Carillian) Galt, CA.
