About	My father, Charles Von Dolteren, passed away earlier this morning. He lived a fulfilled, joyful, and fruitful life and we miss him a lot already. For those of you who had him for English, rest assured he remembered each and every one of you, proven every time I mentioned a name from 50 years past. Aside from his bride of 67 years, nothing was more important to him than his pupils. He also served in the US Army as a Major, which meant the house was shipshape but there could be exacting standards for his only child.. RIP Dad...all our love and appreciation - David Von Doltreren A Celebration of Life was held at the Heritage Lakeside Clubhouse at 2620 Granite Lake Lane, Elk Grove, CA 95758 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
