About	Born on June 10, 1924, raised in Elk Grove-Florin area, graduating at 16 from Elk Grove High School in 1941. Her beautiful hazel eyes closed forever on December 28, 2016. Betty May (Haight) Kinsel struggled for eight months with pancreatic cancer and now joins her beloved husband, Harold, her parents, Spencer and Opal Haight, and brother, Buster Haight, in Heaven. Betty leaves behind her devoted daughter, Janis (Kinsel) Barrenchea, loving son, David Kinsel (Carol), 5 grandchildren - Ty (Melissa), Geoff, Brian (Rachel), Jenna (Buck), Lauren (Chris), and 6 great-grandchildren. She loved her family and thoroughly enjoyed every holiday gathering, vacation, wedding, baby shower, and birthday celebrations. Betty was fun-loving, adventurous, and thrived in the outdoors. Whether riding jumping horses, swimming, fishing at Collins Lake, golfing with Wildhawk ladies, bowling, camping, or watching the Giants, her bright smile and light hearted laugh will be remembered fondly by family and friends, who were blessed by her devotion and love. We love you and will miss you greatly. You're forever in our hearts. A special heartfelt thanks to Snowline Hospice, Golden Pond Assisted Living, and Winding Way Villas.
