Graduation Year Class of 2010
Date of Passing Nov 27, 2017
About Debbie Williamson began sprinkling Pixie Dust on June 18, 1992. Her Pixie Dust turned to Angel Dust on November 27, 2016. She brought unending joy to our lives from the moment she was born, and touched so many people with her enthusiasm and zest for life. Debbie graduated from Elk Grove High School in 2010 and went on to graduate from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communications. Throughout her life she was a performer and spent many years as a gymnast and dancer. As a dancer at the Deane Dance Center in Sacramento, she performed in numerous productions and was a member of the Crockett-Deane Ballet Company. In more recent years she loved choreographing and being a part of teaching others to dance. Her love of performing and desire to learn carried her to competitive ice skating and then on to a much loved ice skating position in the Disneyland Christmas Parade. One of her biggest pleasures in life was bringing joy to others during the years she was a performer at Disneyland and, more recently, Disney World. She was truly a Magic Maker for so many Disney guests. She is survived by her parents, Dean and Renee Williamson, twin sister Laura Jane and younger sister Anna (Elk Grove, CA), Grandmother, Jane Leeson (Strongsville, OH), Aunts, Uncles and Cousins: Charlie and Rene Leeson (Trabuco Canyon, CA), Tyler, Celeste and Kendall Leeson (Ladera Ranch, CA), Debbie, George and Shelby Marolla (Strongsville, OH), Julie and Fred Neal, Manuel, Manny and Fabian (Chula Vista, CA), as well as countless friends. A Celebration of Life will be held for Debbie on January 7, 2017 beginning at 11:00 at The Falls Event Center, 8280 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA. An open house luncheon will immediately follow her celebration until 4:00. Debbie's family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to The Make A Wish Foundation (www.wish.org). - Information from the Sacramento Bee
