About	Bobby passed away at his home in Elk Grove, on September 24, surrounded by his loving family. Bobby attended local schools, and was a Vietnam War Veteran who had retired after many years working in maintenance for EGUSD. Bobby was a jack of all trades - who could fix anything! Loved camping, fishing and hunting with Roxy, his dog who was usually attached to his hip. He also enjoyed music and loved to make up and sing his own songs. He cherished time spent with his grandson, Ryan, his family and his many friends. He was preceded in death by father, John, mother, Dorothy and brother Wayne Bisher. He will be deeply missed and forever loved by the family he leaves behind; his beloved wife Sheree, children Cary Anderson (Trish), Kimberly Stangl (Jim), sister Shirley Rodriquez, brothers Larry Russell, John, Kenneth and Richard Bisher, grandchildren Ryan Stangl, Chad and Brooke Anderson, Brian Mellinger (Rae); brothers-in-law Phil Dedycker (Patsy) of Denver, CO and Rick Dedycker (Joan) of Whitehall, MT and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved very much. Bobby was a kind and caring soul who maintained a loyalty to those around hm. He had a great sense of humor and was seldom without a big smile. Happy trails Bobby. Life will not be the same without you. Services will be held on Friday, October 14, 1:00pm, at East Lawn, Elk Grove, 9189 East Stockton Boulevard, Elk Grove, CA 95624.
