About	Thomas Michael Cercel 1935 - 2016 Thomas Michael Cercel took his last breath on Wednesday evening, August 24, 2016. He leaves his strong spirit in the hearts of those who loved him. During his long life he made a difference in many ways. He was a teacher, a coach, a school principal, a contractor, a builder, a salesman; but most of all he was a family man who dearly loved his wife, four children and their spouses, his nine grandchildren and their partners. He founded Rinkydink Builders of Placer County 40 years ago, which epitomized his high standards of buisness integrity. No services will be held.
