About	Mark Bell, a longtime resident of Elk Grove died May 15, 2016 at the age of 61. Mark was born June 3, 1954 in Salt Lake City and came to Elk Grove with his family in 1962. He attended Elk Grove schools, graduating from Elk Grove High School in '72 where he was a drum major in the high school band. He then went to work for the family businesses, beginning with Bell Pest Control and at the time of his death was with Bell Bros. Heating and Air. “He was service oriented, and never turned down a chance to help his family, friends and neighbors,” said his wife Gloria. Mark is survived by his wife Gloria; stepdaughters Josilyn Preskar and Julie Williams; son Jonathan Bell; daughter Brandi Bell; parents Mel and Joan Bell; step-grandchildren Starla Kidd, Michael Preskar, Nicholas Preskar and Rebekah Preskar; brothers Dale, Steve, Jerry, Kenny and Jay Bell; sister Bonne Bell-Hansen; and many nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and services took place in the Elk Grove Ward on May 19. Interment was in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. - Elk Grove Citizen
