About	7/4/1924 - 3/12/2016 Fred Schrieve was born in Sacramento, CA on July 4, 1924 to John and Hertha Schrieve. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 12, 2016, at the age of 91. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Mayme Schrieve, on December 26, 2015. They have now been reunited. Fred was also preceded in death by his father, John; mother, Hertha; brothers, Robert and Carl. Fred is survived by son, John; daughter, Kathy Prychodzko (Andrew); granddaughters, Kimberly, Lisa Domer (Michael), and Caresse; great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Nicholas, and Andrew; nieces, nephews and cousins. Fred enjoyed the outdoors! His passions were elk, deer, and bird hunting. He went with his father, brothers, son-in-law, son, cousins, and friends for many years. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling with his wife, Mayme, with their trailer. He grew up in Sacramento, and Wilton, CA, graduating from Elk Grove High School in 1943. He was a WWII Army veteran. Fred retired from Clark and Beamer Auto Body Shop after 27 years. He enjoyed family gatherings and holiday dinners very much. He was a dear, kind man. He will be missed by relatives and friends. A memorial service will be on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 12:00p.m. at W.F. Gormley & Sons, 2015 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95811. Funeral Home: W.F.
