About	Unknown class of graduation 1946? 07/05/1928 - 07/08/2015 The Final Checkered Flag at 87 years old passed of pneumonia. He was born and raised in Elk Grove, married Irene in 1947, 64 years later she passed. Husband of the late Irene and son, Randy. Survived by sons, Bill (Mary) & Rick (Francine). Grandchildren, Traca, Billy, Latecia, Nicole, Brandi, Rick, Amber, Brian and 9 great grandchildren. Joe was retired from Crystal Creamery. Dirt Track Racing was his life since the late 1940's at West Capital Speedway, Auburn, Placerville, etc. Jalopies, hard tops, hobby modified limiteds, Sprint cars and outlaw carts. Through the years, Joe and Irene enjoyed watching all the grandkids play sports. They loved camping, fishing, boating, racing and spending time with family and friends.
