About	Year of Graduation Unknown - 58? Charles (Pops) Cagle was born May 9, 1940 in Yuba City and moved to Florin at the age of 10 and resided in the area until his passing on May 9, 2015. Pops is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Priscilla, 4 children Brian, Kelly, Michael, and Casey, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He attended Elk Grove High School prior to serving in the United States Army. Upon his return to the area, he received his AA in social psychology while working for Libbey's Can Plant until their closure in 1982. He then took a position with Campbell Soup before retiring with the Elk Grove Unified School District. In his early life he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He often spoke of his father and uncles, and what great times he had growing up with them. As he grew older Pops dedicated his life to loving his family and friends. He loved when the house was full of anyone involved in his family's life, always offering advice and sharing life experiences. Pops believed that he needed nothing more than those he loved to be around him. The family is hosting a casual gathering on Sunday May 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at 9184 Campobello, Elk Grove, CA 95624.
